All approved items for return must be in their original packaging, in unopened, new condition. All books, sale items, discounted items, items that are special ordered, or apparel are not eligible for return. Thank you for your consideration. If the product you received is damaged by result of the shippinig carrier, we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. If the return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of the returned item will be your responsibility.
